My years working in hospital ER's have taught me that we don't plan ahead very well.
Don't worry, I've got us covered.
In short, I’m a planner. I haven’t always been a planner. I sure didn’t plan ahead when I left home at fifteen, dropped out of high school, and tried to support myself with minimum-wage jobs. If there was a wrong road back then, I took it. 😳
I went on to become an ER nurse, then decided to learn about food and be a chef. And, having had to make my way on the streets of downtown San Diego as a teenage runaway, a bonafide safety maven.
Did I also mention that I’m a new owner of a teardrop travel trailer? Yes, I too was making panic purchases when the pandemic befell us… the hit-the-road with my dogs, anytime-I-want-to kind of purchases. Not only don’t I regret this impulse buy, but I am IN LOVE with my tiny little camper.
